The Jean Farris Pinot Noir is handpicked from a small two acre block of the Robertson Lakeside Vineyard located in London, KY. Barrel aged in Nevers French Oak for nine months. This is a medium bodied Pinot Noir that is well structured. Enjoy the bright cherry fruit with hints of raspberry and velvet finish.

Petite Syrah

The intense color gives way to the expressive nose of blueberry.  Dense layers of plum and bramble fruit are complemented by the warm spice of Allier French Oak. The finish has hints of vanilla and black tea.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with currant and blackberry leading to a well-balanced mouth feel which finishes with a smooth, velvety touch of pepper.

Tempest

A blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc displays dark, rich bramble fruit with overtones of cigar box and spice.  The Jean Farris Tempest Blend has been awarded a Double Gold Medal and Best of Class.

Merlot 

A powerful, full-bodied wine with a deep inky color, the 2006 Vintage of the Jean Farris Merlot is aromatically complex with flavors of black cherry, ripe plum, and dark chocolate with hints of molasses and toasty oak.

Chardonnay

Jean Farris Chardonnay exemplifies the lush, ripe flavors of apple and pear with hints of mineral from the Central Kentucky wine growing region. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak on the lees creates the creamy, toasty flavors of this elegant wine.

Riesling

Cold fermented to preserve the bright tropical fruits and citrus notes. This lightly sweet Germanic white has a delicate balance and soft floral notes.
