All purchases of wine from Jean Farris Winery & Bistro on this website are subject to the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
When you order from us, you are representing you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom our wine is being shipped is also at least 21 years old. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. We cannot accept requests to waive adult signature requirements. If you are unable to be home at the time of shipment, we suggest you change your ship to address to a business where an adult will be available to sign during regular business hours. Or, have the package shipped to a friend or neighbor who can be home to sign for the package.
All shipments are made by FedEx. FedEx will attempt to deliver your wine shipment three times. If they are unable to deliver the package and obtain an adult signature on these attempts they will return the package to us. You will be responsible for a reshipping charge on all returned items.
When wine is shipped, it becomes your property as soon as it leaves our doors. You are to know and obey the laws of your state.
We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes, A PO addresses or to international destinations outside the United States. Also, we currently are NOT shipping to the following states: AL, AR, MA, MS, MD, NY, PA, and UT. This list is constantly changing so if your state is listed here, check back. For Tennessee we will only ship to Wet counties. If an order is placed from a dry county it will be refunded and no wine will be shipped.

Order processing time is contingent upon a number of factors including credit card authorization, packaging and ordering volumes. Most orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays. Note that we do not ship on Sunday or Holidays. Shipping will take 3 to 7 days in most cases. Jean Farris Winery & Bistro is not responsible for the weather conditions; therefore, it is your responsibility to know about weather delays or high temperatures.
