Jean Farris Winery Strikes Double Gold in San Francisco

We are very proud to announce that the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded a Double Gold Medal in the 2012 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. This is the greatest achievement of a Kentucky grown grape!

Valentine's Weekend 2012

Passion is the corner stone on which Jean Farris was built. It is the voice that rings through every glass, the song sung from every plate. This Valentine’s Weekend, Jean Farris invites you to experience a night of passion with the one you love. Let us fill your glass and delight your palette.

We offer your favorites from our winter menu or indulge in our special Valentine’s wine paired Brunch or Dinner menu. The special four course wine paired Valentine’s Dinner Prix Fixe menu will be available Friday night, February 10th, through Valentines day, Tuesday, February 14th. Also, Jean Farris will be open for dinner service on Monday, February 13th for this romantic holiday weekend event.

Valentine’s weekend guest will have the option of ordering the special four course wine paired Prix Fixe menu or from our standard a la carte menu. The prix fixe menu will include all of your past Valentine's Day  favorites including Lobster Bisque to start and Red Velvet Soufflé as the dessert. Following the salad course you will have the choice of Sea Bass or Beef Wellington.

If you would prefer a table in our main dining room we recommend reservations early. The best tables are allocated by reservation date and tend to go early. Reservations are available online at www.JeanFarris.com or by calling 859-263-WINE (9463).

Wine Time

If the winter season has left you with a case of cabin fever we have the cure: Jean Farris Wine Time! Join us for Happy Hour at the Jean Farris Wine Bar Tuesday through Sunday from 3PM to 6PM for half price wine by the glass. Wine Time is perfect for gathering with friends, office socials, or simply getting away from the everyday. We hope to see you soon for Wine Time at Jean Farris.
