Tasting Bar Staff and Servers
Job Objective: Deliver a unique experience for guest with exceptional service.
Job description:

Communicate the winery & bistro menu to guest

Provide wine education and guidance for guest

Deliver exceptional serve in a fast pace environment

Keep bistro clean, neat, & organized and complete all assigned side work
Job Requirements:
•
21 years of age preferred
• Professionally greet guests to the winery
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of
time
• May be necessary to lift 40 lbs.

Winery Hostess
Job Objective: Welcome and seat guest as well as ensure that guest dining experience is beyond expectations.
Job Description:

Present a warm, gracious and professional demeanor.

Maintain and manage a floor plan for seating guest.

Maintain a neat, clean, professional image.

Opens the door and assist each guest to feel comfortable and welcome.

Runs food to tables.

Keeps host/hostess station clean and organized.

Keeps dining area free of clutter.

Answers phone and take reservations.
